Is an SCI right for you? Navigating French Property Investments

I have nearly 25 years of experience in the French Property Industry as a Consultant, Hand-Holder, Translator and Interpreter, and also as an Estate Agent. Over that time I have been involved on numerous occasions with the creation, running and dissolving of French property holding companies for all sorts of property, people and situations.

I felt very honoured when Benjamin Small from the currency broker firm Ibanista asked whether I would do a podcast with him on one of my pet topics which is the ‘SCI’ (Société Civile Immobilière). I thoroughly enjoyed our chat, which allowed me fully to indulge my inner French Property Nerd 🤓, and I hope that you will too if you are interested in the subject! Below is the link to the podcast.
